The main mission of Hankia Pump is to pump technology research & development, and pump technology support and consulting in pump application in order to make pump with high efficiency, great reliability, low maintenance cost and friendly application.
Hankia Pump has ultra technology and experience in the field of (single stage and multistage) split case pump, multistage ring section pump for high pressure, end suction pump for chemical process (high temperature and corrosive), non-clog sumbersible sewage pump for waste water, and specical pumps with LOW NPSH.
Split case pump
For transportation of large volume liquid at low head or high head, split case pump is usually the prefered option due to its high efficiency and non-axial thrust and easy maintenance. Hankia Pump has qualified to design all kinds of split case pump with single stage or multistage. These split case pump has extra high efficiency and excellent reliability. The split case pump is not only for cleat water but also can be design to API610/ISO13709 for petroleum chemical industry.
Multistage ring section pump
Hankia's another major technical subject is develop the pumps used for high pressure liquid and boiling water. For this application, the multistage ring section pump are usually better choice because of its acceptable budget cost. Now the new generation multistage ring section pump can be flexible in multi-nozzle position, higher efficiency, and better reliability. The maximum stage numbers can be up to 16 stages. Also the impellers can be back-to-back stacked. The pumps are wilely used for high pressure water and boiling feeding. For petroleum chemical industry, multistage ring section pump can be supplied with API610, BB4 type.
Petroleum chemical pump (API610, ISO13709)
Hankia dedicated to reasearch the pumps used for high temperature and/or corrosive liquid that always request the extra reliability and optimized performance. Hankia has several technical proposals to such appllication. Varous end suction pump, split case pump, multistage pumps and self-priming pumps can pump the petroluem chemical liquid with different temperature with supper reliability and high efficiency effectively.
Nog-clog submersible sewage pump
Waste water drainage is a major subject in pump industry, because the headache is how to solve the clogging. Allthough so many submersible sewage pump state that they can transpor the waste water without clogging, but you will find that it is nightmare after you insttall the pumps in the pits or wells. Hankia's NS non-clog sewage pump technology will positively solve the jam in the waste water pumping, of course high efficiency and long life time.
