Pump selection tips
All pumps listed in this section are designed in compliance with API610 and ISO13709 standard that are mainly used as petroleum chemical pump for chemical process, water feeding, petroluem (oil) transferring and so on.
DSP (BB1 type) single stage split case pump and MDS (BB3) multistage split case pump are mainly used for petroluem (oil) transferring, loading, lifting. They are ideal main pumps for your chemical and petroleum projects on land or offshore.
HMC (BB4) mulistage ring section is usally used as high pressure water feeding pumps or boiling water pump.
HMD (BB5) is the barrel case pump (called as double case pump in API610) that is used for extra high pressure pumps.
There are three types of end suction pump in complance with API610 and ISO13709 mainly for chemical process pumps. Those pumps are CA OH1 petroleum chemical pump, CC OH2 petroleum chemical pump and CO petroleum chemical pump. CO type with open or semi-open impeller can be OH1 and OH2 construction.
For the chemical controlling or automatic process, we have SP type self-priming chemical pump in compliance with ISO5199 and API610.

DSP type axially split case double suction pump
DSP type is the axially split case pump, single stage, double suction pump that is completely designed according to API610 10th and ISO13709. DSP single stage split case pump is designed as BB1 construction type to fit our project reqeust. DSP type split case pump is mainly used for transportation of petroleum prodoucts, chemical liquid, oil or other low viscous luquid.
MDS type multistage axially split case pump
MDS type is the axially split case pump and multistage pump that is completely designed according to API610 10th and ISO13709, BB3 type. MDS type multistage split case pump are features as high efficiency in wide performance range, low NPSHr, suitable for heavy duty service. MDS type multistage split case pump is mainly used for transportation of petroleum liquid, chemical liquid, (crude) oil or other viscous luquid.
HMC type horizontal multistage ring section high pressure pump
HMC type is the horizontal mutlistage ring section pump and high pressure pumps that is designed according to API610 10th, BB4 construction. The impellers are stacked in the same direction on the pumps shaft. The rotor is balanced by the specially designed balance drum device. The rotors are perfectly dynamically balanced and the maximum stages can be up to 16stages. HMD type barrel (double) case high pressure pump
HMD type is the horizontal barrel case pump (called double case pump in API610) used as extra high pressure pumps that is fully compliant to API610 10th and ISO13709. Only the high pressure class barrel case and nozzle expose to full pressure of the pump, therefor the total working pressure can much bigger. The rotor assembly can be pulled out by dismantling the end barrel case cover. HMD barrel case pump is the ideal extra high pressure pumps for water feeding, boiling water, petroleum oil long distance transportation, pressure boosting, etc..
CA type end suction petroleum chemical pump
CA type is the single stage, horizontal end suction petroleum chemical pump with closed impeller and with OH1 type construction. CA OH1 petroleum chemical pump is completely in compliance with API610 10th / ISO13709 and is design for heavy duty chemical pump. CA OH1 petroleum chemical pumps are qualified pumps to transfer the corrosive liquid with or without solids and viscous liquid at different temperature. CA OH1 petroleum chemical pump can keep working at high efficiency in wide performance span.
CO type end suction petroleum chemical pump

SP type chemical self-priming pump
SP type is the single stage, end suction self-priming chemical pump with back-pull-out construction which is in compliance with ISO5199, API610. SP type pumps have good suction lift head, the maximum suction head can be up to 8m. The pumps are usually applied in transferring corrosive luquid, like vitriol, nitric acid, sea water, sulfur liquid, etc..
